Rite of Christian Initiation

The Catholic Church always welcomes new members into its community.  The Rite of Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the present-day process by which people enter into the Faith.  RCIA is a process in which interested men and women can explore Catholicism, and make a decision to become a Catholic over a period of months.

The process begins with period of inquiry.  Two inquiry sessions will be held during the month of July.  These sessions will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2007, and Tuesday, July 24, 2007, at St. Mary's Catholic Church Hospitality Room (located in the church, just off the lobby to the right) beginning at 7:00 p.m.

If you are:

  • Baptized, but never received any formal religious education
  • Married to a Catholic and you attend Mass with them, and you want to share in their faith
